Removal of Trees

For some time now, our web site has shown the picture below (and the caption) indicating that the trees would be removed in the next stage of the development of the Mingarra Retirement Village.

Well now it has happened!  In early October 2006, F.K.P. Constructions Ltd, the company developing the Mingarra Retirement Village, removed a large area of pines and native trees in preparation for the next stage of the Village development

The photos below unfortunately tell the sorry story – a huge area (just behind the trees above) has been moonscaped.
