The property at 24 Glenora Avenue

Background:  The owners of 24 Glenora Avenue have applied to Council for a permit to subdivide the existing block into three titles, two of which will be behind the existing house and accessible via a drive on the left of the property.

M.R.G. Stance & Activities: M.R.G. attended a conciliatory meeting on 22nd June 2005 at the Council Chambers where the plans for the proposed subdivision were discussed.  Some changes were made to the plans following the input from M.R.G. but basically we had no significant issues with the proposed plans, apart from the positioning of the carport.

Current Status: It is now up to the council to respond to the applicant’s request for a permit, and to set out the relevant terms and conditions mutually agreed upon at that meeting.
