croydon town centre - Structure Plan
As part of the implementation of Melbourne 2030, Maroondah City Council and the State Government are preparing a plan to guide the future of Croydon Town Centre. The plan will address future development, housing opportunities, transport, economic and social issues, and will guide Council's decision making about the area during the next 30 years.
It is of the utmost importance that every resident should be familiar with the various proposals being considered, and the ramifications each has on our future living in the Croydon area
Community Input
A key element in ensuring the responsiveness of the Structure Plan is the input from the community.
A Draft Framework Plan has been formulated which sets out the broad vision and objectives for the Croydon Town Centre and provides a basic 'skeleton' to guide future development opportunities in the centre.
As part of the ongoing community consultation for the Croydon Town Centre Structure Plan, the draft Framework Plan has been placed on public exhibition. The Draft Framework Plan and map are available at Maroondah Council Service Centres or by downloading the files below – click to download
